PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine which has a plurality of settable working modes and does not notify unnecessary information on energy saving even when the working mode is fixed.SOLUTION: A construction machine which has a plurality of settable working modes comprises: working mode setting means 59 to set the working mode of the construction machine; working mode fixing means 64 to fix the working mode in either one of the plurality of working modes which can be set by the working mode setting means 59; energy waste operation performance determination means 60 to determine whether or not operation performance of the construction machine is energy waste operation; determination result notification means 61 to notify an outside of a determination result; and notification regulation means 62 to regulate notification of the determination result by the determination result notification means 61, when the working mode is fixed, on the basis of the determination result made by the energy waste operation performance determination means 60. |
