The fastening device (1) has a fastening unit (10) and a loading unit (20), where the fastening unit is attached to the load (L) to-be transported. The loading unit is executed for automatic loading of the fastening unit and the load to-be transported is secured on the transport vehicle. The fastening unit is a pulling element and the loading unit is a clamping unit. The fastening unit is integrated in or at the transport vehicle. The loading unit is adapted to retract the fastening unit after it has been removed from the load.
