PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and accurately promise a delivery date of products to be produced by a grouped production planning.SOLUTION: An order information acceptance unit 1041 accepts order information containing identification information for identifying a product, the number of required products, and a required delivery date, as a prescribed mode, and supplies an available-to-promise determination unit 1043 with the accepted order information. The available-to-promise determination unit 1043 acquires grouped product planning information corresponding to the order information from a grouped production planning DB in which the grouped production planning information containing the number of planned products for every prescribed period according to a product group is registered, and determines a delivery date to be promised to a customer on the basis of the acquired groped production planning information. |
