PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic display device and an electronic apparatus capable of obtaining excellent display characteristics even when a partition member is used.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophoretic display device 100 in which an electrophoretic layer 11 is arranged in a pixel region G which is partitioned by a partition member 6 provided between a first electrode 4 and a second electrode 5 disposed on the inner sides of a pair of substrates 1 and 2, wherein the partition member 6 has a bottom part 6b laminated on the first electrode 4 and a partition part 6a which is connected to the bottom part 6b and partitions the pixel region G and a protrusion 10 is arranged on the bottom part 6b. |
