PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus information acquisition system and the like in which a correspondence relation between a network interface name and a physical port is displayed in such a way as to be easily understood by a person in charge of the work.SOLUTION: A portable device 30 includes an apparatus information inquiry part 302 for transmitting a deliverable code to an apparatus information management device; and an apparatus information management device 20 includes: storage means for previously storing, as device configuration information 211, physical port position information indicative of a physical position of each bus of a management target device; a network configuration registration management part 201 for receiving, from the management target device, a correspondence between each bus and a network interface name, and the deliverable code; a relation diagram drawing part 202 for creating a relation diagram indicative of physical port position information for network interface names for each of the management target devices so as to store it in correspondence to the deliverable code; and a relation diagram transmission part 203 for replying to the portable device, a relation diagram of a management target device corresponding to the deliverable code. |
