PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair quality improver suppressing cuticle lift up in the hair, good in the touch and trim feeling of the hair after use, smooth in finger combability, and giving the hair well-textured gloss including moderate moist feeling, dry feeling and damp feeling, and to provide a hair cosmetic using the same.SOLUTION: (1) A hair quality improver comprises a plant-derived polyamine composition as an active ingredient. (2) The hair quality improver described claim 1, wherein the polyamine composition is an extract derived from at least one of soybean, wheat and rice. (3) The hair quality improver described (1) or (2), wherein the polyamine composition contains at least one kind of spermidine, spermine and putrescine. |
