PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager of a Web site to easily understand and set analysis conditions while preventing an analysis process from applying large load to a system, and to execute an effective recommendation process for a visitor.SOLUTION: A log information storage unit 120 stores log information including visitor identification information for identifying a visitor visiting a Web site. A segment information generation unit 101 generates segment information consisting of a piece or a plurality of pieces of information representing behavior of the visitor on the Web site, which can be extracted from the log information, for every visitor. A segment information analysis unit 102 acquires segment information matching the received analysis conditions from a segment information storage unit 130, performs an analysis using the acquired segment information, and displays an analysis result on a display unit. A recommendation information generation unit 106 generates recommendation information corresponding to the segment information associated with a visitor ID. |
