The device has a hollow dowel (1) comprising an outer flange for projecting over a side provided with an aperture of a component. Another hollow dowel extends from an aperture in another component and comprises a shaft with an end for arrangement in a borehole of the latter component. A front end of an outer flange (8) of the latter hollow dowel comprises a concentric recess for holding of the former outer flange with the components opposite to side surfaces. A connection pin (11) is provided for introduction into the hollow dowels.
