The switching valve (1) has an electromagnet (2) for operation of the fluid flow switching unit. The fluid flow switching unit is located in the interior of a valve sleeve (3) that is provided with a mounting hole (4). The space sealing portion (5) is formed in the mounting hole. The valve sleeve is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) plastic. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing valve sleeve of switching valve.
