The device (14) has a discharging valve (38) formed such that a control valve (26), a power port (A) and a storage terminal (X2) connected to the unloading valve. A hydropneumatic accumulator (16) is discharged through the discharging valve according to an operation of the control valve when pressure at the storage terminal is larger than pressure at the power port. A main valve (18) is switchable between two switching positions (a, d). The main valve is switchable into one of the switching positions by the control valve. The discharging valve is designed as a 2/2-way solenoid valve or a 5/2-way valve.
