<p>The present invention relates to a system and method for recognizing and notifying of the dangers of an individual by using a smart device, and more particularly to a system and method, which includes a plurality of tags attached to the body or a garment of the user of a smart device and an individual to be protected, a reader contained in the smart device, and an application set up in the smart device embodying a distance-setting module and a distance-recognition module, whereby a limiting distance is set between the tags or between the tags and the smart device, and if the limiting distance is exceeded, the smart device judges the dangers of the individual and then is forcedly turned on, to generate a warning signal, to drive a camera to automatically photograph the present situation, to put on the SOS signal, to forcedly terminate the presently executed application, and to transmit the real-time data containing the time, place, personal information, predictable circumstances, and moving track as letters and voices, so as to prevent a child from straying and to counteract the recognized dangerous situation of a baby or child, and furthermore the user of the smart device is made to have tags respectively attached to a pair of shoes and his garment so as to cause the tags to form overall a triangle, so that the distances between the three tags relative to each other are prescribed as having a specified range, and then are observed in real time to decide whether the distances between those three tags are within the specified range, and if one side of the triangle exceeds the specified range, the smart device recognizes it as a personal dangerous situation to immediately counteract it, thus preventing a grave crime like a sexual crime. To this end the present invention provides a system and method for recognizing and notifying of the dangers of an individual by using a smart device, which includes: at least one RFID tag attached to the body or a garment of an individual; an RFID reader for recognizing the RFID tag; a distance-setting module for setting a limiting distance between the RFID tag and RFID reader; and a distance-recognition module for deciding in real time whether the distance between the RFID tag and the RFID reader is within the limiting distance; a warning signal generation module for generating a warning sound; a photographing module for driving a camera upon generation of the warning sound by the warning signal generation module; and a lighting module for generating the SOS signal upon generation of the warning sound by the warning signal generation module.</p> |
