PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tide embankment for which a wall thickness of an embankment body can be thinned and construction can be simplified.SOLUTION: In the tide embankment for which a footing 20 is constructed at an upper end of a steel pipe pile 30 penetrated in soil and an embankment body 10 is erected on the footing 20, steel plate panels 12 and 13 are disposed respectively on a sea side face and a land side face of a concrete skeleton 11 configuring the embankment body 10, and the steel plate panels 12 and 13 and the concrete skeleton 11 are integrally joined. At a lower part inside the footing 20, a steel plate 35 as a substitute of a lower side reinforcing bar to be arranged inside the footing is embedded. The steel pipe pile 30 is constituted of an inner pipe 31 provided with blades 36 on a lower end and rotationally penetrated in the soil, and an outer pipe 32 disposed on an upper outer periphery of the inner pipe 31 with an annular space 33 from the inner pipe, an upper end of the inner pipe and an upper end of the outer pipe are both embedded in a concrete skeleton 21 of the footing 20, and concrete is filled in the annular space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe. |
