PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fraudulently exiting vehicles.SOLUTION: When a vehicle is a subsequent vehicle CR4 entering an exit drive way 3 of a parking lot following immediately after a preceding vehicle CR3 that has entered the exit drive way 3 first, an image pickup device 14 captures an image of an exit vehicle front part of the subsequent vehicle CR4 and, when it is detected that the preceding vehicle CR3 has passed through a gate bar 12 of an exit, captures an image of a driver's seat part of the subsequent vehicle CR4 to acquire an image of an exit vehicle driver's seat part. The exit vehicle front part image and the exit vehicle driver's seat part image obtained by the image pickup device 14 are stored in an image database 47. |
