PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixture fuel producing device capable of increasing a ratio of fine bubbles of gas mixed into liquid fuel and capable of producing gas-liquid mixture fuel in which the diameters of the fine bubbles are further micronized.SOLUTION: A gas-liquid mixture fuel producing device MX comprises: a liquid pump 1 for pressurizing liquid fuel sent from a fuel tank 4 storing the liquid fuel such as light oil and heavy oil to a predetermined pressure; a gas compressor 2 for compressing gas containing oxygen to a predetermined pressure; a gas-liquid mixer 3 mixing fine bubbles of the compressed gas into the pressurized liquid fuel to generate gas-liquid mixture fuel; and a pressure releasing device 5 installed inside the fuel tank 4 for releasing the pressure of the gas-liquid mixture fuel at a predetermined level or more. A delivery part for supplying the gas-liquid mixture fuel to an internal combustion engine or a combustion device is provided to the gas-liquid mixer 3.
