PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recyclability by preventing occurrence of variation in a dimension of a product, without the need for an adhesive applying apparatus, and also without the need for a bonding process.SOLUTION: A cushion 9 is bonded and fixed to a flat part of a core material 7 through a plurality of double-sided tapes 8. Next, a skin material 10 is arranged to cover one side and an oblique side end of the core material 7, so that the end of a fitting piece 23 is engaged with a hooking unit 12A of a hooking claw 12 and the fitting piece 23 is fitted to an opening 13 of the core material 7 while each attaching piece 11 of the core material 7 is inserted to an insertion opening 20 opened in a folded back piece 19 of the skin material 10. Each hooking piece 27 formed on a base side of the skin material 10 is inserted to each insertion opening 15 of the core material 7, and each engagement member 26 is sequentially inserted to a space between a pair of holding claws 14 of the core material 7. A hooking piece 27 and a stopper piece 17 are engaged with each other while each hooking piece 27 is prevented from slipping out of the core material 7 by the stopper 17A. |
