PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of a dynamo-electric machine capable of reducing the frequency of limiting a torque command value, in a controller of a dynamo-electric machine having a limit function of a torque command value of a motor generator so as to protect a switching element.SOLUTION: When the temperature Tc of a cooling fluid 40 detected by a temperature sensor 54 exceeds a first specified temperature, and a determination is made that the temperature Tsw of a switching element S¥# detected by a temperature-sensitive diode SD has exceeded a second specified temperature, a torque command value Trq* is limited. When a determination is made that the temperature Tc of a cooling fluid 40 has dropped below the first specified temperature in a state where torque is limited, the torque limitation is released. |
