PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy heat resistant member having excellent oxidation resistance and long life in a high temperature corrosion atmosphere and a method for producing the same, and to provide an alloy coating film and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In a heat resistant alloy member, at least a surface layer part has an alloy base containing ≥10 atom% of Cr and an alloy coating film formed on a surface of the alloy base material. The alloy coating film has at least one inner layer and at least one outer layer. The at least one inner layer includes at least one element selected from the group comprising Fe, Co and Ni, and W and Cr.
