PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw for an extruder that can obtain an excellent molding by improving dispersion of molten resin, and generating uniform mixture and temperature distribution over the whole.SOLUTION: A screw is provided with a resin supply part A, a compression part B, and a metering part C that includes a mixing member 4. The mixing member 4 is formed by installing together a plurality of lines of screw flights 6 formed by continuously and alternately arranging an inclined flight part 6a inclined in a helical manner, and a refraction flight part 6b refracted in an axial direction of the member body 4 on an outer circumference surface of a member body 5, and a wide groove 7a and a narrow groove 7b of groove width are alternately provided in a groove 7 between adjacent screw flights 6 and 6. The dispersion of the molten resin and the uniform temperature are achieved by generating extensional flow movement, when the wide groove 7a is passed, while colliding the molten resin to the refraction flight part 6b, and making the narrow groove 7b compressed at the passage. |
