PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an on-premises snow melting device which melts snow on an on-premises road, a parking lot or the like by using spring water drainage in a nuclear power plant, so as to reduce a labor cost and carbon dioxide emission.SOLUTION: An on-premises snow melting device includes a pump 3 for pumping up spring water 4 from bedrock 5, a sprinkling pipe 10 that receives the spring water 4 pumped up by the pump 3 and sprinkles the water over an on-premises road 12, and a drainage ditch 11 that collects and drains the spring water 4 sprinkled from the sprinkling pipe 10. The device melts snow by sprinkling the spring water. |
