PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device that can reliably supply lubricating oil to an electric motor even at low temperature.SOLUTION: A lubricating oil supply device 100 has a first circuit in which a circulating pump 114 circulates lubricating oil from a lower storage section 112 to an upper storage section 113 to supply the lubricating oil to an electric motor 110, and a second circuit in which the circulating pump 114 bypasses the upper storage section 113 in circulating the lubricating oil from the lower storage section 112 to the electric motor 110. Selector valve control means 130 controls each selector valve 120 to circulate the lubricating oil in the first circuit if a vehicle speed is a predetermined speed or more and the temperature of the lubricating oil is a predetermined temperature or less, and controls each selector vale to establish circulation in the second circuit if the temperature of the lubricating oil is higher than the predetermined temperature. |
