The present invention obtains a heat-resistant antibody-presenting phage using a biopanning method. More specifically, first, an aqueous solution of an antibody-presenting phage library containing a plurality of types of antibody-presenting phages is supplied onto a carrier containing a polypeptide at the surface thereof, and the plurality of types of antibody-presenting phages are caused to bond specifically to the polypeptide. Next, the carrier is heated to a temperature of 37-70°C inclusive, causing a subset of the antibody-presenting phages to dissociate from the carrier and causing the other antibody-presenting phages to selectively remain on the carrier. Finally, the other antibody-presenting phages selectively caused to remain on the carrier in the previous step are recovered, obtaining heat-resistant antibody-presenting phages. |
