Disclosed are a blowing device and a method for using the blowing device. The blowing device comprises a heat source, a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity. The first cavity is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air outlet being a slit on one side of the first cavity. The second cavity and the third cavity are respectively located at two sides of the air outlet of the first cavity. The heat source is used for heating the second cavity and the third cavity. The heat source is a liquid-circulating heating system, comprising a pipe, a liquid in the pipe and a heating unit for heating the liquid. The second cavity and the third cavity are part of the pipe, respectively.
