A transflective liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method therefor are provided to set distance differentially between a common electrode and a pixel electrode disposed in a transmissive region and a reflective region and match a reflection-voltage curve in the reflective region with a transmission-voltage curve in the transmissive region. In a plurality of transmissive regions, the first common electrode and the first pixel electrode are separated and formed in a central part on a substrate by the first distance. In a plurality of reflective regions, organic films(250-1) are formed in both parts of the central part on the substrate. Reflective plates(260-1,260-2) are formed on the organic films. The second common electrode and the second pixel electrode are separated and formed on the reflective plate by the second distance. |
