PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for producing a soft polyurethane foam which is hardly yellowed and never causes deterioration of mechanical physical properties such as compression residual distortion or tensile strength in spite of using aliphatic/alicyclic isocyanate.SOLUTION: A polyol composition (A) for production of a soft polyurethane foam contains an alkylene oxide additive (A1) of an active hydrogen-containing compound (H) and satisfies the following requirements (1)-(3). (1) The primary hydroxyl ratio in the terminal hydroxyl of (A) is 40% or less. (2) The content of an ethylene oxide unit is 20 wt.% or less based on the weight of (A). (3) The hydroxyl value of (A) is 95-290 mgKOH/g. The number of number average functional groups of (A) is preferably 3.2-6.0. The content of (A1) is preferably 10-100 wt.% based on the weight of (A).
