PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit sounds to a user in a proper timing.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus (a portable phone) 1A includes: a piezoelectric element 7; a sound generation part (a panel) 20 that is vibrated by the piezoelectric element 7 and generates air conduction sounds and vibration sounds transmitted by vibrating a part of a human body; and a detection part (a touch screen) 21 detecting the contact of the part of the human body with the sound generation part 20. When the contact of the part of the human body with the sound generation part 20 is detected by the detection part 21 after first processing, second processing in which an electric signal is applied to the piezoelectric element 7 to cause the sound generation part 20 to generate the air conduction sounds and the vibration sounds is carried out.
