PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spark tester that can prevent the bristle material of an electrode brush from deforming and securely detect abnormality with high precision.SOLUTION: Vibration means 3 of vibrating an electrode brush 2 is added to a spark tester which detects abnormality of an insulating coating by making an electric wire W to be inspected which has the insulating coating travel in a length direction Na of the electric wire W to be inspected and bringing the electrode brush 2 applied with a voltage into contact with the traveling electric wire W to be inspected. |
