PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of re-transfer to a recording medium by forming a region in which water repellency treatment is applied to a tooth part of a conveyance spur and a region in which the water repellency treatment is not applied.SOLUTION: A sheet conveying device 200 for conveying a paper sheet 100 formed with an image comprises a spur 201 in which a tooth part 220 contacts with an image forming face 100a of the paper sheet 100, and a drive roller 210 arranged at a position opposing the spur 201 with the paper sheet 100 therebetween. The surface of the tooth part of the spur 201 is composed of a non-water repellency treated part 222 not applied with the water repellency treatment up to a prescribed range from a tooth tip 221, and a water repellency treated part 223 applied with the water repellency treatment except for the non-water repellency treated part 222. |
