[Problem] To provide: a conductive member wherein a groove of a conductive base can be covered with a coating film; a cell stack; an electrochemical module; and an electrochemical device. [Solution] A conductive member which comprises a conductive base (41) that is formed of an alloy containing Cr and a coating layer (43) that covers the surface of the conductive base (41) with chromium oxide (14) being interposed therebetween. The conductive base (41) has a groove (15) that extends from the surface to the inside thereof, and the inside of the groove (15) is filled with the chromium oxide (14). The surface of the chromium oxide (14) filled in the groove (15) is covered with the coating layer (43).
