FUEL CELL SYSTEM

This fuel cell system is provided with: a hydrodesulfurization device (1) that removes a sulfur component contained in a raw fuel supplied thereto by hydrodesulfurization; a reformer (2) that reforms the raw fuel, from which the sulfur component has been removed by the hydrodesulfurization device (1), thereby producing a reformed gas; a fuel cell (3) that generates electric power by a power generation reaction utilizing air supplied thereto and the reformed gas produced by the reformer (2); an anode off gas channel (11) for distributing an anode off gas that contains a part of the reformed gas unused by the fuel cell (3); an anode off gas recycle channel (40) that is branched off from the anode off gas channel (11) so as to supply a part of the anode off gas distributed through the anode off gas channel (11) to the upstream of the hydrodesulfurization device (1); and a cooling device (7) for cooling the anode off gas distributed through the anode off gas recycle channel (40) so as to condense the moisture contained in the anode off gas.
