摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a photoelectric conversion device 11 comprises the steps of: forming a film in which a first metal element and a first organic compound are present, on an electrode layer 2; heating the film in an atmosphere containing a sulfur element to thermally decompose the first organic compound, thereby forming a thermally decomposed film; and heating the thermally decomposed film in an atmosphere containing a selenium element to make it into a semiconductor layer 3 which contains a metal selenide and in which a large amount of sulfur is present on the surface on the side opposite to the electrode layer 2.
