PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fiber that shows superior contact cold feeling and texture when being formed into a fabric, and also has superior processability.SOLUTION: The composite fiber is a core-sheath composite fiber that employs a fiber forming polymer as a sheath component and a polymer containing polyethylene as a main constituent, as a core component, and has a cross-sectional shape in which the sheath component substantially covers the core component. A weight ratio of the sheath component polymer to the core component polymer is sheath/core=1/9-7/3. |
