PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hysteresis comparator that implements a small scale, a high input impedance and an easily adjustable hysteresis width, and a semiconductor device with the hysteresis comparator formed therein.SOLUTION: In a comparator core section 10, a differential circuit causes currents corresponding to first and second differentially signaling input signals, respectively, to flow through first and second input lines, respectively, and first and second current mirror sections CM1, CM2 send first and second output currents corresponding to the currents flowing through the first and second input lines, respectively, to first and second output lines, respectively, so that a fist output signal corresponding to a voltage on the first output line is output as a first output signal indicating a magnitude comparison result of the first and second input signals. A current amount on at least either of the first and second input lines is adjusted in response to the first output signal to add a hysteresis characteristic to the comparator core section. |
