PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling-containing food preservable for a long period of time and a method for producing the filling-containing food.SOLUTION: A method for producing a filling-containing food includes (A) a process for obtaining a filling that contains a hop extract and is sterilized and (B) a process for preparing baked food dough in a state in which the filling is contacted with the food dough.
