PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection means, which can prevent movement of an on-off valve from becoming difficult due to fluid pressure in a pipe line part, and can smoothly move the on-off valve by a moving means.SOLUTION: An on-off valve is constituted as a tube body 11 having an outer periphery housed in an inner periphery of a pipe line part 2 and allowing fluid to axially pass therethrough, the tube body 11 has a blocking part 12 where the tube body 11 blocks a communication port 10, a moving means 15 is provided which moves the tube body 11 between a blocking position where the blocking part 12 corresponds to the communication port 10 and an open position where the blocking part 12 retracts from the communication port 10 in a switchable manner, and a seal member 19 for sealing the communication port 10 at least when the tube body is located at the blocking position is disposed between an outer peripheral surface of the blocking part 12 and an inner peripheral surface of the pipe line part 2. |
