PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical video generation method for positron emission tomography and a device therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a medical video generation method for positron emission tomography and a device therefor. The video generation method includes the stages of: detecting a signal emitted from a tracer injected into an object body; dividing the detected signal into sections at predetermined intervals, cumulating signals in the respective sections, and generating unit signals by the sections; classifying the unit signals into a plurality of groups based upon respective characteristics of the unit signals; and generating medical video associated with the object body from the unit signals classified into the groups.
