PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniform characteristics of every power amplifier and implement high efficiency.SOLUTION: A power amplification device of the present invention has a plurality of power amplifiers. Each power amplifier includes a first path, a second path, a distribution section, a directional coupling section, and a control section. The first path has a variable attenuation section, a variable phase section, and an amplification section. The second path has predetermined ranges of characteristics. The predetermined ranges of characteristics mean predetermined ranges of attenuation and delay characteristics per frequency. The distribution section divides an input signal into two, and distributes one to the first path and the other to the second path. The directional coupling section combines part of an output of the first path with an output of the second path to generate a composite signal. The rest of the output of the first path is an output of the power amplifier. The control section controls the variable attenuation section and the variable phase section so as to reduce the composite signal. |
