PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure of a carpet, capable of easily and surely achieving the shielding of an electromagnetic wave and the grounding of the carpet.SOLUTION: A structure 1 is a grounding structure of a carpet for grounding, on a vehicle body 2, the carpet 5 provided with a shield layer 8 (8a) for shielding electromagnetic wave generated from a battery for a vehicle. The carpet includes a first conductive part 19 providing electrical conduction with the shield layer, and the vehicle body includes a second conductive part 20 providing electrical conduction with the first conductive part. In any one of the first conductive part and the second conductive part, a hole 19a is formed and a projection 20a is formed in another one. The projecting part is fitted to the hole, so that the carpet is attached to the vehicle body and the shield layer is conducted to the vehicle body. |
