The present invention provides a touch panel comprising a strengthened upper cover substrate and touch electrode layer. The strengthened upper cover substrate comprises a first non-planar surface, and a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region are planned on the strengthened upper cover substrate. The touch electrode layer is formed on the first non-planar surface through a patterning process comprising coating of photoresist and laser exposure, and covers the display region and at least part of the peripheral region, so as to manufacture a non-planar touch panel.
