A preparation method for a copper-indium alloy, comprising the following steps: placing elemental copper and elemental indium into a reaction container on the basis of a ratio, vacuuming the reaction container, sealing the vacuumed reaction container, placing the sealed reaction container into a furnace to be heated to a temperature above the copper-indium binary alloy solid solution phase temperature, thus allowing the elemental copper and elemental indium within the reaction container to undergo a synthesis reaction to acquire a molten copper-indium alloy liquid; removing directly the reaction container from the furnace when the alloy reaction is complete and allowing the reaction container to be quenched, thus allowing the molten copper-indium alloy liquid within the reaction container to be quenched and molded into a copper-indium alloy block; and, breaking open the reaction container to extract the copper-indium alloy block. The method is improved in terms of the preparation process and the properties of the copper-indium alloy prepared. |
