The present invention relates to a water cooling type oil pan of a grid iron for direct roasting, more specifically, the grid iron for direct roasting which comprises the following: an upper water passage (the grid iron) and a lower water passage (oil pan) which are integrated in a separable way; and a water chamber, a water passage, and a water pipe for supplying cooling water from the water chamber on the grid iron, and circulating the cooling water through a wall water passage of the oil pan and the water passage on the upper side of a fire mouth for preventing the overheating of the grid iron and the oil pan. A user can separate and discard oil by not mixing the oil with water, and the grid iron does not generate soot for the user to easily wash the grid iron. |
