PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe capable of preventing a piezoelectric element from being destroyed when being worked or used.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe comprises: a plurality of piezoelectric elements 41 each of which comprises a plurality of grooves formed in parallel and which are arrayed in a direction in parallel with the grooves; and compound material 70 with which the plurality of grooves are filled, and which is constituted by mixing a non-conductive granular substance having a thermal expansion coefficient of almost 10kor less with a non-conductive resin member.
