PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove which allows ignition of a burner when a cooking container is not placed on a trivet only in a limited case in which a user is intended to perform roast cooking.SOLUTION: In a cooking stove 1, when an ignition operation is performed by an ignition switch 21, a power supply is turned on, and a burner of strong thermal power is ignited. In an initial state, a normal mode is set. In the normal mode, when a cooking pan is detected on a trivet 11, the burner of strong thermal power is permitted to be ignited. If the cooking pan is not detected, ignition is prohibited. When a release switch 81 is pressed down and then the ignition switch 21 is pressed down by a user, a roast mode is set. In the roast mode, if the cooking pan is not detected on the trivet 11, the ignition of the burner of strong thermal power is permitted. |
