PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability.SOLUTION: A lower part shutter 30 opens a bill storage part 23 by moving, in an opening direction, the inside of a decorative cover 26 in which a bill input/output opening 20 for communicating the bill storage part 23 with the outside is formed. An upper part shutter 28 is positioned between the decorative cover 26 and the upper part shutter 28 so as to be overlapped at least with a part of the lower part shutter 30 when the bill storage part 23 is opened, and has a scooping part 40 for scooping a foreign matter FO loaded on the lower part shutter 30 in moving in the opening direction. In the lower part shutter 30, when the upper part shutter 28 moves in the opening direction and contacts the foreign matter FO, a foreign matter movement prevention part 34 for preventing the foreign matter FO from moving in the opening direction is formed. |
