PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which an upper frame covers a periphery of a display panel and a front window is bonded onto the frame and the display panel and which prevents a white line caused by stray light incident from a chamfer part of the front window.SOLUTION: An upper frame 60 covers a periphery of a liquid crystal display panel 2, and a front window 10 is bonded onto the upper frame 60 and an upper polarizing plate 210 of the liquid crystal display panel 2. A step 12 is formed on the front window 10 in a portion where the upper frame 30 is bonded to the front window 10. This can reduce a thickness t1 of resin between the upper polarizing plate 210 and the front window 10, thereby reducing an extrusion of the resin into between the front window 10 and the upper frame 30. Thus, a chamfer on a lower side of the front window 10 can be reduced in size, and stray light from the lower side of the front window 10 can be prevented. This can prevent a white line around a screen. |
