A directivity adjustment unit 41 adjusts directivity by the directivity parameter X. In this case, when the directivity parameter X is set to still larger than that and howling suppression by directivity becomes disabled, a howling suppression parameter control unit 53 gradually raises a howling suppression parameter Y and lets it updated and stored in a howling suppression parameter memory 54.
