PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable preferred information transmission with visible light.SOLUTION: In a portable terminal 100, a control part 102 converts a tag ID which is information to be sent to other portable terminals into a marker to be used for visible light communication. The control part 102 and a driver 126 performs a control to display the converted marker on a display 128. The control part 102 and the driver 126 performs a control to adjust display mode of the marker displayed on the display 128. |
