PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that has a plurality of stages of contacts and that is reduced in size in a front-back direction thereof.SOLUTION: A first contact 30 positioned on an upper stage has a special shape that is formed of: a held portion 32 that is held by a housing 20; a connecting portion 33 that extends laterally from a rear end of the held portion 32; a first bent portion 35 that runs downward from a front end of the connecting portion 33; and a first terminal portion 36 that extends downward from the first bent portion 35. A second contact 40 positioned on a lower tier has an L shape. The first terminal portion 36 of the first contact 30 is positioned diagonally forward of a second terminal 44 of the second contact 40. |
