PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat the inside of a roller of a copying machine with a paint mixed with a raw material having an excellent heat absorption ratio to efficiently conduct heat generated from a heater to the roller.SOLUTION: When a copying machine is used, the copy machine stands by until the temperature of its roller 6 reaches a temperature at which a toner is fixed. A heater 4 for applying heat to the roller 6 is mounted in a central part of the roller 6. Since a clearance 5 between the heater 4 and the roller 6 is an air layer and the air layer 5 having a low heat conductivity and hardly conducting heat is interposed, it takes time to raise the temperature. Then, the inside of the roller 6 is coated with a paint 3 produced by mixing a raw material having an excellent heat absorption ratio and a coating material and having a high absorption property, namely a heat absorption ratio of 0.9. Thereby, heat of the heater 4 is absorbed by the paint 3 having the high absorption ratio to rapidly raise the temperature of the roller 6, a temperature rise time of the roller 6 can be shortened, and a standby time of the copying machine is reduced. |
