PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of uneven recording by suppressing a temperature difference between a center and an end of a recording element substrate.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording head includes: a recording element substrate 1 having a plurality of ejection energy generating element lines where a plurality of ejection energy generating elements for generating energy for ejecting ink are arranged along in one direction and that are arranged in parallel; and a support substrate 2 having a larger outer shape than the recording element substrate 1 and supporting the recording element substrate 1. The support substrate 2 has an heat insulation structure 15 for preventing heat generated by the recording element substrate 1 from being transferred to the support substrate 2. The heat insulation structure 15 is provided outside from the end of the recording element substrate 1 in a direction where the plurality of ejection energy generating elements are arranged. |
