PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency by unifying settlement of expenses in reimbursement.SOLUTION: A settlement server 10 comprises: a card settlement information acquisition section 11 that acquires card settlement information using a credit function of a card 2; a charge settlement information acquisition section 12 that acquires charge settlement information using a prepaid function of the card 2 charged by settlement using the credit function; a card settlement detail extraction section 13 that extracts card settlement details; a charge settlement detail extraction section 14 that extracts charge settlement details; a detail check section 15 that checks whether or not prescribed card settlement details and prescribed charge settlement details are matched in prescribed items; and a settlement information output section 17 that outputs settlement information on the basis of the card settlement details and the charge settlement details, and outputs the prescribed card settlement details and the prescribed charge settlement details that have been checked as being matched, while including them in the settlement information as integral details.
